Future Angels programme for women now open for Cohort 2 applications
We're pleased to announce that applications are now open for the second Cohort of Future Angels - our fully-funded programme designed to introduce ambitious women to angel investing.
Following the completion of our inaugural cohort in late 2025, we're proud to share results that exceeded all expectations. Across 28 participants - senior executives, founders and professionals from across London, Brighton, Surrey, Kent and beyond - feedback revealed that 100% would recommend Future Angels and 95% said they were more likely to invest as a result, with many having already made their first investments since completing the programme.
Only 14% of angel investors in the UK are women. Future Angels exists to change that - not just by teaching the theory of angel investing, but by giving women the practical experience, confidence and network to actively influence the trajectory of innovation in this country.

Building on Cohort 1 feedback, Cohort 2 launches in July 2026 with an enhanced programme including a new in-person welcome event, deeper content on investment maths and deal structuring, and a strengthened alumni community pathway. As always, the programme is fully funded by South East Angels - there is no cost to participants.
